"Eyes on the Dream" - Season 6 of #BBNaija Premieres This Weekend

Season 6 of BBNaija, Nigeria’s most popular reality show, premieres this weekend, and we’ve got all the details, including the premiere date, for you.

On Tuesday, July 20th, 2021, the BBNaija organizers confirmed the season 6 premiere date on their Instagram page. They announced that the show will premiere on Saturday, July 24th, 2021.

Multichoice CEO, John Ugbe, stated at the BBNaija season 6 announcement that they will be pulling out all the stops this year to provide a greater program than ever before. He stated,

With each season of BBNaija we task ourselves on delivering great content that will take the excitement a notch higher and meet the entertainment needs of our customers. For this sixth season, we are pulling all the stops to give our customers a show like never seen before from Nigeria with end-to-end production best practices under global health and safety standards

On Saturday, July 24, and Sunday, July 25, 2021, there will be a special double launch show for BBNaija season 6. The prize money for this season’s lucky winner has been increased to N90 million, which is significantly higher than prior seasons.

The event is slated to run for 72 days, finishing on October 3rd, 2021. This year, the organizers of BBNaija have removed the option for SMS voting, stating that all voting will take place on their website and applications.
