“I would have walked from Ghana to Nigerian if the super eagles had won Ghana” – Ghanaian actor, John Dumelo confides

Ghanaian actor and farmer, John Setor Dumelo has confided that he could have trekked barefoot with ginger on his head from Ghana to Nigeria if the super eagles had won Ghana in the World Cup qualifiers held at Kumasi in Ghana.

Trendyhihop reported earlier that the father of one swore before the match to trek barefoot with his ginger on his head from Accra, Ghana to Lagos Nigeria if super eagles had won his country Ghana in the quarter-finals of the World Cup qualifiers.

John had taken to his verified Twitter handle to assure that he could have maintained his promises “spiritually” the following morning.

He also mocked the Nigerian super eagles as usual by claiming he was very confident that super eagles wouldn’t have won and called the team “Super Chickens”.

In his series of tweets, John wrote:

“Dear super chickens, I was very confident you won’t win this game. But before you leave for N’ja, I have free ginger from my farm for you. Yours truly… John Dumelo. Son of Likpe”.

However, John has deleted the aforementioned tweet to share another congratulatory message to super eagles of Nigeria and Black stars of Ghana

“I know a lot of people wanted to see me walk from Accra to Lagos this morning if the super eagles had won. I am a man of my words. I would have walked but spiritually, I knew what I was saying. Kudos super eagles and Black stars. Yours truly John Dumelo”
