Qdot is the stage name of Fakoya Qudus Oluwadamilare, a Nigerian artist from Ikorodu, Lagos State. In 2013, his song “Alomo Meta” catapulted him to fame.

Qdot was born and raised in Ikorodu, Lagos State, alongside his family. UNITED SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL was his alma mater. He earned his bachelor’s degree in technology from YABA COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY IN LAGOS STATE.

Qdot debuted on the music scene in early 2010. He’s collaborated with artists like as Antras, Indomix, Dtunes, Citi Boi, and others.

“Story Of My Life” was Qdot’s first musical release.
When the song was released and broadcast on Nigerian radio stations, it received a lot of positive feedback. The song became the theme song for Radio Continental.

Qdot released “Ibadan” in 2014, which featured YBNL boss “Olamide.” The song’s music video was shot by HG2 and was endorsed by all television stations.

He released another song, “Orijin,” in late 2014. The song, like its predecessors, earned a lot of positive feedback.

In the same year, Qdot was featured on Jhybo’s song “Baba Alaye.” It was broadcast on all radio stations.

In 2015, Qdot released “Ibeere (Question),” a new street smash. Nollywood celebrities “Ijebu,” Gabriel Afolayan, and others made cameo appearances in the video, which was shot by HG2 in Lagos.

The song was played on numerous radio stations for several weeks, and the visual was accepted by all television channels.
