Singer, Ric Hassani says no to violence as he apologized for shading his colleagues in the music industry

Popular Nigerian singer, Ikechukwu Eric Ahiauzu professionally known as Ric Hassani has apologized over a tweet he made about his colleagues in the music industry.

Trendyhihop reported earlier that multi-award-winning singer, Burna sold-out Madison Square Garden for his concert which was lit and doped by Burna and notable artists.

A feud in the entertainment industry that has been quenched was initiated when Ric took to his Twitter handle and adored Burna Boy’s stellar performance at the Madison Square Garden in New York.

Ric allegedly praised Burna Boy, while seemingly belittling his other colleagues in the process.

In his post, Ric wrote:

“I hope everyone has seen Burna’s MSG performance and I hope that becomes the standard.”

No more nonsenses and mimings and yellings on stage please,”

However, the tweet triggered a lot of reactions as it didn’t sit well with a lot of people who dragged him to filth for shading his colleagues.

The “Gentleman” and “Thunder Fire You” crooner has

now put out a tweet to apologize to those who felt offended by his initial tweet.

He also admitted that he could have passed his message in a way that would not make his colleagues feel attacked.

Taking to Twitter on Sunday, May 1st, the 33-year-old wrote,

“Okay, I took a moment to catch my breathe. I understand those offended, I apologise. I could have passed the message in a better way. Love, always love.”
