Töme – Uptight

A talented Nigerian-French Canadian singer and composer Töme makes his debut with an intriguing smash song titled “Uptight.”

Canadian singer, composer, and performer Michelle Oluwatomi Akanbi, professionally known by her stage name Töme, is of Nigerian and French descent.

Töme’s track “I Pray,” which features the American-Jamaican singer-rapper Sean Kingston, took up the top prize at the 2021 Juno Awards for her outstanding performances.

She has performed alongside such African music icons as Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Mr. Eazi, and she has worked with a slew of other A-list artists.
