Owoh Chimaobi, better known by his stage name “Zoro Swagbag” or “Zoro,” is regarded as one of Nigeria’s most promising hip-hop artists.


He is an Enugu-born musician who grew up in Onitsha, Anambra State. On March 20th, 1990, he was born. Zoro is an Igbo rapper who raps in his own tongue.

Looking back on his career in music, he’s made waves with songs like “042 (Enugu State of Mind), Otu (Onitsha State of Mind), Owu sa gi, Safe Journey,” and his most successful song, “Ogene,” which he co-wrote with Flavour and then remixed with Lil Kesh, YCEE, and Flavour.

KezyKlef, one of Nigeria’s greatest music producers based in Enugu, produced the majority of his songs.


Following the release of “Ogene,” he released “Achikolo,” a new single with Phyno that was also produced by KezyKlef.

In Igbo Nation, Zoro is a household name, and he’s genuinely performing well in the game.
