Congolese rumba icon Fally Ipupa reaches back to “Orgasy,” a classic cut from his 2006 debut solo album “Droit Chemin.” Long before “XX: Délirium,” this one helped establish the tenor voice and romantic sensibility he’s built his whole career around.
