Actress, Nkechi Blessing addresses those criticizing her colleagues for participating in politics (Video)

Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing has seemingly addressed Nigerians who are criticizing her colleagues for participating in politics.

The thespian took to his verified Instagram page to slam critics who are dragging celebrities for engaging in politics.

TrendyHipHop had reported that Nollywood gems, Funke Akindele and Tonto Dikeh dropped their acting career.

Tonto Dikeh was announced as ADC Gubernatorial running mate in Delta State, while Funke Akindele was selected as Lagos State PDP running mate in the forthcoming Gubernatorial election.

Some trolls jabbed at the aforementioned thespians and other celebrities that are showing interest in politics.

However, Nkechi has addressed these critics as she recounted how Nigerian berates celebrities when insecurities stir the country.

“You know some of you Nigerians are hypocrites if anything goes wrong in the country may be a case of kidnapping you people will start calling the celebrities, that they are not talking no they have paid them.

All the celebrities that you people call all the time to come to your rescue, the celebrities that you are calling out over the years are now getting involved in politics.

I am super proud of every celebrity out there, especially the females coming out to be deputy governors, because now and I did call them to solve the insecurities in Nigeria.

Forget the fact that they are entertainers they are credible to lead us to the promised land, these people are well educated they went to school they are respected people in society.”
