SM Productions has released a seven-track album, “My Thoughts In Song III”, from South African guitarist and producer Sipho Magudulela.

This marks the third chapter in a series he started with “My Thoughts In Song” back in 2023, followed by Chapter II in April 2024. Also, Sipho Magudulela has built each installment around turning personal experiences into music, using guitar phrasing as the emotional backbone across every track.

Lead single “Xola” opened the album’s rollout, bringing Noex, DJ ALE, and Smash SA into a collaborative introduction to the project. “Mdali” follows as track two, pulling in Wesley Keys, Msihleza, Smash SA, and Tshepo Tsotetsi for a record built around fusing melody with sharp lyrical contributions. But the collaborations don’t stop there.

“Sthandwa Sam” brings Soa Mattrix, Brandon Dhludhlu, and Neo Joshua Mabena into the fold, while “Kungani” pairs Sipho Magudulela with LeMark and Ze2 for a more stripped-back moment. Also, “Imfundiso” stacks four voices together with DJ ALE, Noex, Thato TMR, and Tshepo Tsotetsi, before the project closes with “Mbilu” featuring Mr. Nine11 and KayOne Music.

Across all seven tracks, Sipho Magudulela leans into warm guitar voicings and patient arrangement, letting deep basslines and layered textures carry the emotional weight. The album moves through healing, love, and spiritual grounding, giving each collaborator room to add their own color without disrupting the project’s cohesive atmosphere.
