Nigerian street-pop star Seyi Vibez closes his fourteen-track album “SWAGUU” with its title track, bringing in American rap star Quavo for the project’s only guest feature.
Every other song on the album is a solo Seyi Vibez performance. So having Quavo appear exclusively on the closing title track makes that pairing feel deliberate rather than incidental, a genuine international moment saved for the final word.
The album moves through real range along the way. “MELANIN” and “GOD” lean into different emotional registers early, “PANSA” and “ILOME” push confidence and self-belief, while “ALAFIA” slows things down for genuine romance.
Quavo’s signature rap delivery against Seyi Vibez’s street-pop foundation gives “SWAGUU” an international feel without losing the Nigerian identity that defines the rest of the project.
