Babomncane and Sgwebo Sentambo have built their entire collaboration around consistency and shared perspective. “Sekukaningi” translates loosely to something about repetition or recurring truth, and that theme runs through the record’s core.
The production stays true to Maskandi’s acoustic roots, guitar-driven with minimal outside interference. Nothing here reaches beyond tradition for extra polish.
